Olivia Murphy
Masters Level Therapist
I believe therapy can be fun, engaging, and meaningful—and I strive to be the kind of therapist who builds real connection with clients while helping them make lasting change. I feel that an authentic relationship in therapy can be a game changer in one's life, at any point of development. My overall goal as a therapist is to create a space where all clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to express themselves authentically.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents dealing with developmental transitions and mental health related matters (ADHD, depression, emotional/behavioral). I have a strong interest in working with the neurodivergent population, from child to adulthood.
I truly enjoy guiding children, adolescents, adults and families throughout life's journey. Whether working with a child navigating big emotions or a family looking to reconnect, I alway bring empathy, energy and heart to every exchange.
