ABOUT ME:

I work with adults, adolescents, couples and families dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, phobias, work dynamics and career decisions. In working with clients, I utilize an eclectic approach that includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive therapy (RET) as well as Gestalt and Existential Therapy

People are a mix of experiences, beliefs, relationships, hopes and fears. My task is to help you understand these dynamics and provide the best solutions possible with acceptance, problem solving and, hopefully a little humor.

In my personal time, I'm an avid tennis player having played competitively and for fun. I build fine scale models mostly ships. I also rescue, (Trap Neuter Return) feral cats.
