I treat adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, life transitions, gender affirming, neurodivergent affirming, identity exploration (cultural, gender, sexual orientation). I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, and Medicare

Therapeutic relationships should be collaborative and empowering. When coming into session, I try to be human first and therapist second. I understand how intimidating it can be to open up to someone and understand trust is earned, not automatically given just because I'm a therapist. I consider my approach to be trauma-informed and person centered.

Outside of the office, I love finding dog friendly places to take my dog, Flea. I enjoy finding new interesting reality TV shows to unwind and have a weekly reality TV night with my partner and my cousin.
