Through a strengths-based approach, I utilize what is already working in clients’ lives and employ this as the scaffolding for emerging skills and improvement in quality of life.

In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my family, and in nature as a peaceful respite from my loyal but ill advised faithfulness to the Chicago Bears.
