I work with adults, adolescents and couples dealing with parent struggles, depression, anxiety, divorce, grief, job loss, marital, career transitions and retirement.

I strive to provide an accepting, trusting and compassionate atmosphere to support my clients’ work. My professional approach draws on established theories and disciplines, which begins with engaging honestly with your perspective on your history, your present situation, your strengths, needs and goals.

Outside the office, I am also a professional musician, interested in literature, art, culture and philosophical inquiry -- a lifelong seeker of meaning in life.
