Mission Statement

Our Clinicians are committed to providing services that are accessible, culturally relevant, and free of stigma to each individual. We both celebrate and affirm all backgrounds and identities, being a safe space where people can truly be heard and supported. Our belief is that vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness.

Both as individuals and as a team, we authentically practice innovative ideas, outside the box thinking, and modeling with our own self-care. Our collective belief is that a combination of talk therapy, medical treatment (acupuncture, meditation, psychiatry) and possibly creative endeavors (writing, music, visual arts, improv) can lead someone to a more comprehensive resolution in their lives.

Our Story

As a psychotherapist for many years, I continued to observe the increased need of mental health services for families and individuals—-and considered the possibility that one clinician can make a drop, but a group of clinicians can make a splash---that working alongside practitioners who shared my passion and commitment seemed like the best way for making a larger impact on the communities and populations I had served throughout my career.

I wanted to establish a collaborative psychotherapy practice, where everyone would bring a variety of professional and personal experiences/skills to the table, both similar and different than my own. The umbrella over this group effort would be an array of clinical training, supervision and support—to allow for professional growth, and in essence, to enhance the services provided to families and individuals.
